Morbid Much Entertaining Blog

For my bookcase and TV wall, my inspiration came from where I live. The ocean here in East Hampton where we spend the summer (my work is out here during new york wedding photography season since I’m a photographer) is made up of an endless amount of blue shades — every day it’s many different colors. I had the couch and carpet tiles already which had two similar shades of blue. So, I searched through my paint chips  to find just the right blue to go with what I already had. There’s no need to pick the same blue — actually I would avoid doing that. Mixing shades of one color is always more pleasing to the eye.
