Is Guitar Note Mastery Expensive?

I was given one by someone who knows of this dream of mine, so now I figure it is time to start trying to learn. Can anyone tell me whether or not the Guitar Note Mastery ebook is expensive? I was told that this might be a good way to start learning since it teaches you how to play all the different notes on the guitar. Once I learn the notes I can move on to learning the different techniques that I need to know.
